Microsoft’s new owner LinkedIn – Onet.pl

Typically, such transactions are carried out partly in cash and partly in shares of the buyer, but this time it was a transaction entirely in cash, and after Microsoft paid $ 196 for per share LinkedIn. Agreement was carried out fairly quickly, since it has already been officially approved by the boards of both companies.

The well-known software company does not intend to for the time being to make any changes in the portal. As CEO Jeff Weiner remains, and the company will retain its brand and independence in decision-making.
