                             Companies recognize the importance of digital transformation, but in business practice does not often use them. A pity, because those companies that decide to do so, they achieve much better financial results.
                         

Especially that the digital transformation does not have to be very expensive, and their use makes the companies have twice the chance of fast growth in revenues compared with companies that such strategies do not perform.

With an annual survey of consulting firm PwC “Digital IQ”, which examines how companies cope with the digital revolution and the steps to be taken to investments in digital technologies bring them tangible benefits that it businesses simply pays off.

And for many of them digitization is one of the cornerstones of maintaining their position and further expansion in the market.

– For companies definitely pays to use them and organize a chaos – says Elizabeth Tomkiewicz manager. Marketing and business development consulting firm PwC, who was a guest on the air of PR 24.

The latest report of the consulting firm PwC shows that the market appears more and more new players and those existing need to rediscovering the rapidly changing conditions.

There is no turning back from the digitization

Transform Digital is a necessity for many companies, and Polish presidents, which is due the report, aware of this issue.

The company surveyed the world two thousand respondents – they were representatives of the management of large corporations (in Poland were 33 companies) and all pointed that the governors support the development of digitization.

In addition, as many as 54 per cent. company spends more than 15 percent. revenues for investment in digital technologies (31 percent. globally).

However, detailed analysis of the results reveals a discrepancy between declarative and the real situation.

– Only one percent. interviewed managers indicated that thanks to technology will be able to make a breakthrough in the industry – he says – says Elizabeth Tomkiewicz.

It has therefore be the case that companies that are leaders in their industry and know their sector, despite the availability of modern and cheap technologies do not see too often for themselves the possibility of building a competitive advantage.

Digitization is not IT

Most employees can identify digitization of IT.

– This is a term related but nietożsamy ​​- says a guest of PR 24.

Mobile devices are pushing even today use portable computers. A digitization, which is associated with IT may be associated with incurring large expenses.

– But it is not, because we are talking about relatively cheap technology, which today we all have access to.

However, relatively inexpensive event to which everyone has access, which is the whole mobile technology, it does not encourage companies to take action.

It turns out that much more important for Polish companies are: improving the quality of customer service – 36 percent. respondents (globally 25 per cent.) and an increase in revenues – 33 percent. respondents (45 per cent. globally).
