In the Gulf of Gdansk have already been observed bottlenose dolphins. The last time seen in the waters of the Baltic Sea were in the nineteenth century.

Tourists who went on a tour paddle boat in the vicinity of Helium, observed an unusual phenomenon. As they watched emerged from the water dolphins. A few days later, the same view appeared to the two anglers from Kaliningrad. Scientists from the Marine Station in Hel confirm that in the Baltic actually appeared bottlenose dolphins. Is mammals survive in our waters?

The first information about the dolphins swimming in the Baltic Sea workers on the Hel Marine Station received on August 8.
