Ministry of Finance, together with its subordinate Customs Control Department, Tax and Audit Games, opening a new front against gambling in Poland. Their applications were targeted for using the services of foreign bookmakers.
According to Puls Biznesu, the finance ministry had sent a letter to the Polish branch of Apple, which demanded block access to applications, enabling participation in gambling and advertise them. The reason for this step is the incompatibility of these applications with the famous gambling Act, which among other things requires the bookmakers obligation to register in Poland. According to the newspaper, the letter was to be sent over a month ago, but for now these types of applications are still available.
Interestingly, a similar request was to obtain Google, but Google representatives of Poland say that in recent months no letter of this type did not reach them.

Sent a letter on: Google policy to take account of the principles on which they may be promoted gambling-related content, the specifics of solutions of gambling in force in Poland and Polish place in the list of countries that have restrictions on the furnishing, advertising and promotion of gambling – said in a statement sent to the press office of the editor PB.
Everything points so that a broad front against gambling, which now includes the prosecution of websites for inclusion and review applications for placing individuals on the internet pictures of roulette, join the fight with applications in the AppStore and Google Play.
