Users ultrabook Dell Latitude 6430u complain that their computers smell like cat urine – reports the BBC.
In response to complaints from the Dell replied that there was no biological contamination of the released recently launched hardware and odor is not harmful to health. But this is hardly reassuring for users. For this reason, Dell decided to give disgruntled owners Latitude 6430u replacement parts that odor will no longer emit.
According to the BBC, the company initially denied that ultrabookom accompanied by an unpleasant odor. Dell advised users to clean the air vents on laptops. Now the company has admitted that the fault of an error made in the production process.
